A lot of people think Charlie Sheen is a real train wreck and Off His Rocker.
Well, I actually got to bed early the other night and Charlie Sheen was featured on the Tonight show with Jay Leno, so, I decided to tune in thinking I would get something WIERD to talk about the next morning. Did you see it?
I have to tell you … Charlie really IMPRESSED me on the Tonight Show.
After months of being off his rocker and getting negative media coverage for his mostly STUPID actions of impulse and childish behavior …
….. Charlie IMPRESSED ME!
Here is an excerpt from an article I just read on TheGlobeAndMail.
“Appearing on Thursday’s Tonight Show, the former star of Two and a Half Men radiated a forgiving mood toward his old workplace. Asked by host Jay Leno if he’s still angry at the sitcom’s producers and network, he said no: He would have fired himself had he been in their shoes. Then he added with a laugh, “Well, maybe not like they did.”
Sheen says he would have fired himself Sheen was dumped last March after the actor railed against his bosses, and they blasted him for his unpredictable behavior as a drug-abusing, reckless playboy.
“It was bad,” Sheen said, summing up the clash, “and I own my part in that, and I just want to make everything right.”
Asked why he thought he should have been fired, Sheen explained, “I should have been a little more responsible about the condition I was showing up in.”
Why am I writing to YOU about this?
Well, I am glad you read this far.
You see not too many years ago I asked myself …
“Would I FIRE myself in my Home Business?”
hmmm … Now think that through VERY carefully!
Guess what … Two and a Half Years ago (not Two and a Half MEN ago .. LOL) I did just that in my Home Business.
I sat back and said “If I was EMPLOYEEING Myself in MY Home Business” would I keep myself on as a representative of MY company.
My answer was SIMPLE and took all of 5 seconds for me to DECIDE as Donald Trump would say
…“Mark … You’re FIRED”
Why on earth would you FIRE yourself, you may be saying.
Well, it gave me a way to ASSESS my own Work Ethic and REASONS for being in Internet Marketing and the Home Business arena.
So for the next TWO hours I was jobless, FIRING MYSELF.
I sat down and analyzed the actions I was taking and the half assed effort I was TRULY putting into my business.
was.
I looked at my financial situation and WHY I was in the earning category I
I looked at my business relationships and how well or poor they were.
I looked at my time management and where I was spending my time.
I looked at my PERSONAL relationship with my wife and children.
I (in a two hour period) reviewed EVERY aspect of my life.
ONE big factor I realized was that I was acting WIERD to the people CLOSE to me that thought I was CRAZY for having a BIG PIPE DREAM of hitting it BIG on the Internet. I lashed out and alienated those that did not see it my way.
NOW … I wasn’t on drugs or drinking or anything like that … BUT … I have to admit that if the people around me didn’t SEE my vision … I was a Charlie Sheen asshole to them.
At that MOMENT … It all STOPPED.
I decided to Re-Hire myself and change the way I “Do Business”.
From that point on I no longer even mentioned my Home Business or Dreams of hitting it BIG to those that were around me.
I kept my relationship with my brother, father, mother, cousins, friends and co-workers “Clean” I like to say. I NEVER mentioned my Dreams to THEM and my Home Business to THEM again.
NOW, I did keep a relationship with them and sort of like Charlie, admitted I was acting WIERD as they did not see it MY way and told them.. “I understand, you really thought you were looking out for me!” – and… I left it at that as I “CONTINUED” to pursue my dreams.
I also decided to bring people in my life that DO have the same thought process as I do when it comes to SUCCESS! Now, I did NOT drop my friends and family or anything like that. I just did NOT communicate with THEM about my Home Business Success and Failures or my BIG dreams.
I started associated with people that has similar business DREAMS and More Success than I did.
They say … who ever they is … That if you take the INCOME of the FIVE people you most commonly associate with … add up all 5 incomes … then Divide It By 5 .. and THAT IS WHAT YOU MAKE!
You know what .. I can tell you that this is 100% TRUE.
It also stands true for your work ethic, moral character and political beliefs.
So, what’s the whole moral of this story?
Well, lets fast forward Two and a Half Years.
I am now a highly sought after Speaker and Trainer in the Home business industry.
I make MORE working a couple hours a week than most people make working 40 + hours.
I released TWO print books and just this week my second book hit the Best Seller List on Amazon for the Category of Motivation. I now have a title of “Best Selling Author”.
My wife and I just put an offer on a HUGE 6180 square foot home with a big Pool, 6 Bedrooms, 4 Full baths and a Full Guest Quarters that we hope to bring our top affiliates in for brain storming sessions. And, it has GREAT views!
Life is GOOD!
Now don’t get me wrong. We still have CHALLANGES!
I just handle them differently!
I DON’T pull the OLD Charlie Sheen anymore.
I have great respect for what Charlie did Thursday on the Jay Leno show.
Like him or hate him, he is assessing his life and knows what he needs to change.
I guess my question to you is …
“Would You FIRE Yourself??”
If so … Do It!
Then take time to ASSESS and in a few hours come back with VENGANCE!
You CAN have everything you want, I assure you of that… but … are YOU willing To FIRE yourself to get it!

Did you know that 66% of the population of the U.S.A alone is overweight?
Here are the recent results provided by the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey that states:
About two-thirds (66%) of adults in the United States are seriously overweight, and almost one-third of those are obese. By the way some surveys actually put the overweight rate at 70%.
The most commonly used method for testing today to calculate if you are overweight, is the Body Mass Index (BMI).
BMI is an index of weight adjusted for the height of an individual.
Calculating BMI is simple, quick, and inexpensive, but it does have limitations too.
One problem with using the BMI as a standard of measurement tool is that very muscular people may fall into the “overweight” category when they are actually healthy and fit.
Another problem with using BMI is that people who have lost their muscle mass, such as the Baby Boomers and Senior Citizens, may be in the “healthy weight” BMI category (BMI 18.5 to 24.9) when they actually have reduced nutritional reserves.
BMI, therefore, is useful as a screening tool for individuals and as a general guideline to monitor trends in the population, but by itself it is not a fully diagnostic report of an individual patient’s health status.
An easy way to calculate your BMI is by using your measurements in pounds and inches, (multiply weight in pounds by 704.5,* divide the result by height in inches), and then divide that result by height in inches a second time.
Here are some of the problems assiciated with being overweight and obese: (Remember that we’re talking about those with a higher FAT ratio than MUSCLE ratio).

- coronary heart disease
- high blood cholesterol
- stroke
- hypertension
- gallbladder disease
- osteoarthritis (degeneration of cartilage and bone of joints)
- sleep apnea and other breathing problems
- some forms of cancer (breast, colorectal, endometrial, and kidney)

- complications of pregnancy
- menstrual irregularities
- hirsutism (presence of excess body and facial hair)
- stress incontinence (urine leakage caused by weak pelvic floor muscles
- psychological disorders, such as depression
- increased surgical risk
- increased mortality

Adults: 133.6 million (66 percent)
Women: 65 million (61.6 percent)
Men: 68.3 million (70.5 percent)
Obese – Age 20 and older
Adults: 63.6 million (31.4 percent)
Women: 35 million (33.2 percent)
Men: 28.6 million (29.5 percent)
Healthy Weight – Age 20 and older (not necessarily healthy)
Adults: 65.4 million (32.3 percent)

On Thursday night the members of the 7 minute Workout Team attended another informational webcoference hosted by Joel Therien and Chris Reid.
The topic of the day was presented by Chris Reid about exploring the myths on why so many people still hate to exercise, and how the 7 Minute Workout System is about to change that.
Key points that were discussed were:
Do you need to do lots of cardio exercises to lose weight?
Since when does increasing your endurance become the key to weight loss.
Weight and resistance training does not burn fat.
We must learn more about calorie re-distribution as muscles consume calories 24 hours a day… and why fat does not.
Muscles require energy to maintain itself even after you turn 50.
Many people feel that they will get fatter as they age because their metabolism slows down.
Learn to watch your diet, and the importance of adding an exercise program because they don’t work individually.
How desperation can set in when you become obese, as eating is tied to your emotions. Anguish comes from overeating while you are upset or angry.
When your diet plan fails you, why do you blame yourself?
Become responsible and accountable for your actions by following the exercise routines in the 7 Minute Workout System. They are short and sweet

They want to keep pushing you past the pain threshold, but it is not about being the last person standing. They love feeding their egos as things they recommend can lead to doing more harm then good.
The fitness industry says it is your fault when you fail, but is it you or the system they teach?.
If your children are obese, people blame the parents. If your children remain obese when they are young, they will remain obese as adults too.
It is time to break this cycle!
