For tonight’s Take Action Tuesday Show our host will be The Marketing Maverick Ken Hammond who will be conducting live blog reviews.
There have been great responses to our WordPress Training Strategies the last few weeks as members are implementing the tools needed to create their blogs that will take them from zero to profit in 2011.
Ken used the poll feature to determine the number of members who have active websites. Don’t wait until 2012 to create your website, do it now as it is the foundation of your business!
We all are affiliates and must learn to brand ourselves and our businesses. At GVO, we will teach you how to build your list of happy customers. Sign them up in a major way by building K – L – T (know, like & trust) as people want to buy from people they know.
Build your presence online and make
your website attractive and interactive to obtain their name and email address.
Include direct mail and texting with the Phone Follow Up program. Add value, make offers, make recommendations and provide reviews of the products you personally test.
Take a look at how Ken has made his website http://themarketingmaverick.com the model where he will demonstrate how to make more money with your website.
Here are just a few of the websites created by our members that are ready for critique by Ken that you can also take a look at.

There were many suggestions provided by Ken such as;
- Always give your visitors a call to action towards the next step
- Utilize the fear of loss if they don’t purchase your product
- Add value for your free 7 day trial of online training and include a graphic
- Have personalized videos where they can see you directing them where they can get more information on your website
- Change the submit button on your opt in page to instant access
- If you have GVO Conference, add your online button where people can see you are in your conference room and they can also meet you there to interact
- Use the auto start feature if you have a static page
- Your blog should read like a newspaper. Use the tab settings
- You can also add a second opt in below the fold
- Liven up your blog by adding your sparkling personality
- Your purpose is to have them interact with you and obtain their name and email address
Go to the GVO Academy Fan Page on Facebook and submit your comment on the tips provided by Ken, and the action you are taking to add that change to your blog.
